About
With more than three decades of experience across tax, estate planning, finance, commercial law, securities, contracts, and corporate governance, Avrum brings more than legal drafting to the table. He helps clients understand how their assets, businesses, family obligations, and long-term plans interact across two legal systems.

His practice focuses on U.S. trusts and estate planning, tax-sensitive legal strategy, commercial agreements, business formation, shareholder and partnership agreements, employment matters, and cross-border asset planning. For Americans living in Israel, and for businesses operating between both countries, Avrum’s work is built around one central question: how do we structure this correctly before it becomes expensive to fix?
Before founding his firm, Avrum held senior legal, financial, and executive roles, including Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel positions in technology, investment, and commercial companies. That background gives him a practical understanding of risk, ownership, cash flow, contracts, fundraising, governance, and the business consequences behind legal decisions.
Avrum earned his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law, his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, and his B.A. in Philosophy from Yeshiva University.

At Avrum Aaron & Associates, his approach is strategic, direct, and grounded in real-world experience: understand the full picture, identify the exposure, and build a plan that works on both sides of the ocean.
